Once your order is processed, please allow up to 3 days for your order to ship, using the shipping method selected at checkout. All domestics orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and all international orders will be shipped using DHL, UPS, or USPS services.
*All international orders are subject to customs/duty fees. Customers are responsible for these fees.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is unfortunately misplaced, please reach out to your shipping courier.
To return or exchange an item, the product must be un-opened, unused and in its original condition in which it was received.
Shipping for returns and exchanges are at customer's expense.
Please submit a returns request with your order number (within the 14 day window) to email@example.com and we will respond with the return shipping address, as well as confirm whether an exchange/store credit or refund is approved.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5 days for your refund to be processed, or for your new, exchanged item to ship.
*All returns will be refunded to its original form of payment and does not include shipping fees.
